It was great to see everyone's Science Fair projects yesterday. So much work went into them all. Well done to Farjaad and Zhi Feng who came 3rd in the year 7/8 competition.

Science Fair
This week Room 1 have been busy finishing their Science Fair projects. The Science Fair will be help on Tuesday 13 September and parents can come and see the projects after school from 3.30-5.30.

St John's Visit
Today we had a visit from Sue for St John's. We learnt what to do in an emergency, how to do CPR and how to bandage a bad cut.

Mathex Competition
Yesterday afternoon was the House Mathex Competition. It was an amazing afternoon with lots of maths going on. Well done to the winning house Fergussion!

Marae Trip
On Monday we went on our trip to the Orakei Marae. We learnt about the history of the Marae, did a Haka Powhiri to welcome the teachers and learnt new waiata.
